Our 10-Step Process

1. Fill Out The Contact Form

Please fill out our online form and tell us about your project.

2. Phone/Email Consultation

We’ll talk about your vision for your fully customizable vinyl pool and outdoor space and discuss your design, budget, and timeline.

3. On-Site Consultation

We will assess your outdoor space and collect measurements. You will receive a specialized quote for your unique project.

4. Sign The Contract

Once we have decided on the design of your vinyl pool and the materials for the surrounding area, we’ll review the timeline and scope of work, then sign the contract.

5. Obtain Permits & Schedule Start Date

We work with you to obtain all the necessary permits and schedule your project start date.

6. Pre-Job Walkthrough

Before we get to work, we will do a pre-job walkthrough with you to ensure everything is ready before we start.

7. We Get To Work

Your dream pool starts to become a reality. Our team will provide you with frequent updates throughout your project.

8. Clean Up & Post-Job Walkthrough

After finishing your project, we will clean up and complete a final walkthrough with you to ensure you are happy with the final result. 

9. Final Payment

We collect your final payment for your pool project.

10. Enjoy Your New Pool

We fill your pool with water and set the treatment to keep your water clean so you can start enjoying your vinyl pool.

Prestige Pool Of NC’s Follow-Up Commitment:

  • After we install your vinyl pool liner, we conduct multiple visits over 2 weeks to add chemicals, balance your water, and clean the pool.
  • We complete a thorough inspection to ensure proper equipment operation.
  • We conduct a final walk-through and pool school to ensure your satisfaction.
  • You are given a comprehensive binder with equipment information, user guides, and warranty details.

We have been very pleased with Prestige Pools. Our pool was put in October 2021, so we have not used it yet, but we are excited to as soon as it gets warm. Sheila was able to get us scheduled ahead of time and we really appreciated that. Keith Cowell and his team were very professional, on time, honest and did a great job.
