During the onsite consultation, we marked out the pool on-site and walked the homeowners through placement options for the build, the hardscape, and the landscape flow. The goal was to design a backyard that worked just as well for entertaining as it did for swimming, even with the smaller footprint.
The L configuration carved out distinct swim and lounge zones inside a tight footprint, so the pool feels bigger than its square footage suggests.
The travertine surround and stonework give the backyard the upscale, custom feel the family pictured from day one.
Finished in the Tan Seastone liner pattern, the 12’ x 5’ tanning ledge gives the family a shallow spot to soak, read, or watch the kids.
Tying the tanning ledge directly into the vinyl-covered steps kept the design clean and turned the entry into a feature instead of an afterthought.
Their pool was constructed with our top-tier package, which sets the standard for finish quality and built-in features.
Smart placement left room for landscaping and seating areas around the pool, so the yard still feels like a yard.
The new build flows naturally into the existing patio and screened-in porch, so the whole space reads as one design.
